ATCON Defends MTN Over $8.1bn CBN Refund Order

The Association of Telecoms Companies of Nigeria (ATCON) yesterday kicked against the order issued by the apex bank on MTN to pay $8.1bn, saying that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), has no powers to order MTN Nigeria to refund the said amount.
