PDP, Atiku assemble over 400 witnesses against Buhari’s victory
The Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate in the February 23, 2019 presidential election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, said on Monday that they had assembled over 400 witnesses to testify at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal, where they would challenge the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari and his All Progressives Congress’ victory at the poll.
They spoke through the National Legal Adviser of the PDP, Mr Emmanuel Enoidem, on the premises of the Court of Appeal in Abuja, venue of the tribunal where they filed their petition on Monday
